The Honey Bee Box is a subscription box service all items are curated and packaged carefully. Due to the nature of this product all sales are final.
April Boyd Solutions is not responsible for any items damaged, lost or stolen.
Things to know:
Please ensure all shirt sizes are correct when you complete your initial sign-up for The Honey Bee Box. If you need to change your shirt size at anytime after initial sign-up you will have until the 12th of the month to notify us at email@example.com to allow us time to update your subscription.
If you receive a t-shirt that is the incorrect size and it is due to the error of April Boyd Solutions, notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 4 days of receipt of your box so that we will be able to replace your item. You will receive a return label and the new size shirt will be sent to you once we receive the incorrect t-shirt. If the t-shirt is not received we will not replace the item. The incorrect item will need to be returned unworn, washed or damaged. If it is not returned in its original condition we can refuse the right to send a new item.
No other items will be replaced or returned.
Items in the boxes will not be announced, only the theme of the month.
If at anytime you are unsatisfied with your subscription service, you may cancel by the 12th of the month by emailing email@example.com.
